Elements of a successful Consulting engagement....

Defining the Problem or Project: The client typically can provide a problem description by e-mail, phone or in-person meeting.

Planning and Preparation: Define the objectives & deliverables for the engagement, detailing the scope of the work, and providing a summary of the strategies, techniques, timing and anticipated outcomes from the consulting engagement with the client. This is typically done in a sit down meeting.

On-Site Activities: Delivering the training, activities and/or work as required by the planning document.

Conclusion and Assessment of Results: At the conclusion of the contracted services, we formally review the results of the engagement against the in-going deliverables to ensure the client's expectations of the consulting effort have been met and satisfied.

Future Vision can quote a consulting engagement on an hourly basis or on a project basis, depending on which is mutually agreed upon. (Our consulting rate is $125/hour.)
